Steve got rid of a virus my PC had evey when the manufacturer could not. I do not use my PC for business purposes but I really miss it when it is not working properly. I am extremely happy with the service. It took him 40 minutes to get me up and running again, while my PC manufacturer spent 3 plus hours on the phone with me and the issue still wasn't resolved.
