This service plan includes 1 Year of Remote Support on a PC or Laptop:
Additional computers $24.95 per year (limit 4) |
Includes UNLIMITED remote support for the following:
· PC Troubleshooting and Repair
· Computer Performance Optimization
· Security Issues and Firewall Configurations
· Software Upgrades, Configuration and Support
· Hardware Diagnostics and Advice
· Troublesome Virus and Spyware Removal

Atlas Plan $249.95/year
|
This service plan includes 1 Year of Remote Support and In-Home Support on a PC or Laptop:
Additional computers $34.95 per year (limit 4) |
Includes UNLIMITED remote support + UNLIMITED HOUSE CALLS* for the following:
· PC Troubleshooting and Repair
· Computer Performance Optimization
· Security Issues and Firewall Configurations
· Software Upgrades, Configuration and Support
· Troublesome Virus and Spyware Removal

*Must live within 15 miles,else mileage fee may apply.If you are unsure,Call us first.
*Hardware, Parts and some Repairs are extra.

Notes for Remote Support:
· Please provide a valid email address and phone number when ordering. We will need to contact you to connect
· Your PC must be able to boot into a Windows Partition or Windows Safe/Mode with networking or we will be unable to connect.
· If We are Unable to connect after troubleshooting your Internet connection we will need to dispatch a technician,and additional charges may apply for this service. |
